Country Mansion of 500m2 Set in 5000m2 of private gardens with large 12m x 6m private swimming pool, Jacuzzi Hot Tub ( new for 2024) own tennis court / football pitch (bats and balls provided) , Ping pong table, pub style pool table, Outdoor Children’s play area with swings & slide plus a mini pine forest and a Spanish Style BBQ.
The property can sleep up to 18 guests with 12 guests in the main house plus 6 guests in the Guest house next to the pool .

Outside are established pretty gardens offering several different areas to relax and enjoy.
The Private Pool area has a a safety fence , inside the safety fence area are 16 sun beds

Local Spanish Restaurant (Asador Izaskun) located 150 meters from the Villa (only 2 minute walk) plus good local Restaurants in the town of Castella which is approximately 15 minutes walk away, a large supermarket within 10 minutes walk,
Lots of Spanish Fiesta's in the town of Castella during July & August you get to experience a sample of real Spanish life ! Local Beaches of San Jaun are approx 20 minutes drive away
*** During 5 months of the rental season - April, May, June, September & October) you have option to Rent the Main house only (sleeps up to 12) - (please ask for prices)

The villa is located in Castalla just 30 km North of the city of Alicante and only 20 minutes drive inland from the Coast , the glorious sandy beaches of San Juan are 20 minutes drive in the car. the villa is set amongst countryside in a quiet and private location and within 2 minutes walk of the villa is a large Restaurant with bar named Asador Izaskun, A large supermarket is 10 minutes walk, good local restaurants in the town of Castalla 15 minutes walk includes a Scottish & English Bar (Glenns) , There are 2 street markets (Tuesday and Saturday) good leisure facilities including local sports centre, golf, horse riding, hiking, and hill walking. The famous theme parks 'Terramitica' and 'Aqualandia Water park' and 'Mundomar' Marine Park are just 45 minutes drive from the villa. a bus stop in the village which takes you to the Beach (cost approx €2.00 euros per person)
It is a 45 minute drive to Alicante airport

Summary: We are a large family group (18) who have been taking villa holidays in Spain for the last 6-7 years. Normally in the Benidorm area we opted for Castalla this time. The villa was perfect with the pool area, the tennis court/ football area and table tennis fantastic for keeping everyone occupied during the day. Eating out on 4-5 occasions, we used the BBQ and kitchen facilities for the other 5 meals (called in a Just Eat for one night). We were very impressed with the cooking utensils etc which easily sufficed to cater for a large group of 18. The only downside on our part was the isolated location and lack of taxis (we called the local taxi companies on a few occasions but there was no response) meaning we had to walk in and out of town. In sum, the villa was awesome and contact with the host and housekeeper was first rate throughout our holiday.

Summary: This villa is absolutely beautiful, stayed here with my family, including Grandparents & young children. The house is very clean and both the owner Anne-Maria and Paco & his family( Pool guy) are there to help with any queries.We had the most wonderful & amazing time at this very spacious villa, the pool is as it looks, huge. Having the tennis court/football area was more than enough to keep the children happy. I think the only downside is that it is a little out of the way of the shops & at least one person would need to hire a car. That being said some of us enjoyed the walk. Thankyou and we will be back.

Summary: Had a fantastic family vacation here in February. The villa is spacious and spotless, all amenities including wifi. We had 13 in our extended family and just loved being able to relax and take in all the sights. Great dining in Alicante, also made a few day trips to the coast and explored some walking routes nearby. Would certainly recommend to any larger group for great stay near Alicante.

Summary: Beautiful location ideal for enjoying walking. The property was spotlessly clean and ideally located. We had agreat time visiting the local restaurants by nights and walking / sight seeing during the day. Would have no problem recommending this as a holiday location. Love a holiday in the sun ;)

Summary: We had a fantastic family holiday in this hidden treasure near Alicante. We wanted to do something different to celebrate a special birthday and wanted to include kids and teenagers as well, this was the perfect destination! The villa was wonderful, on private grounds and the town of Castella is charming. Having rented cars meant we could travel to Benidorm, visit the aqua park and a little further inland the waterfalls at Algar. A day visit to Alicante was also very much enjoyed, a wonderful city!! Our only regret is that we did not book the second week, we will be back!! Do not be nervous about driving in Spain, the roads are excellent and everwhere well sign posted!!! Cannot wait to book our next trip!

Summary: The owner of the property met us at an easily found petrol station so our arrival at the property was very relaxed. Our first impressions were great - lots of space - and loads for all of us to do. The property itself felt very homely so we could relax without worrying that the children might be damaging anything (and the neighbours kindly returned the tennis balls we hit over). The tennis court, table tennis, pool table and swimming pool meant there was plenty to keep us all occupied without needing to rush out every morning. There were also plenty of places where all 16 of us could sit comfortably to eat meals - cooked inside or outside. The location of the property was great. It was very quiet, but easy access onto the main roads to the coast or further inland. The town itself had everything we needed in the supermarkets or the market. A night visit to the castle made that extra special too. We had a couple of visits to the natural park at font rojo, which was great for walking and we went horse riding on the outskirts of the town at a place recommended by the owner. I would really recommend this villa for families wanting a relaxing holiday together.
